The film follows the story of Mercy Callo, the only survivor of the failed prisoner extraction mission. Callo is trying to fight his way out of a highly secure Chechen facility. Kahlua seems to be trying to fulfill his will and keep his captives alive long enough to arrest a terrorist arms dealer to save thousands of lives everywhere.
