Veteran patrol officer Ray Mandel and his apprentice, ambitious rookie cop Nick Holland, begin a dangerous mission in search of criminals. Those tasks turn out to be a bad track when the pair face two policemen on the highway. Mandel and Holland must fight to find the killers.
