It's a dangerous adventure by four friends to the Australian outback to see Charlie Farm. It seems that the site where a family meets a horrible end during a while. While exploring the property to prove the legend, they encounter Charlie, apparently not a fictional legend where some myths do not die.
Legends never die - but despite some inventive grand guignol in the eleventh hour, the swathe that Charlie cuts through moribund slasher tropes is not nearly original enough to warrant a sequel.
