Sid and Bernie keep having their amorous intentions snubbed by their girlfriends Joan and Anthea. The boys suggest a camping holiday, secretly intending to take them to a nudist camp. Of course they end up in the wrong place, and meet up with the weirdest bunch of campers you can imagine! Coach loads of sex-starved schoolgirls and bands of hippies all add to the laughs.
Carry On Camping is a movie that proceeds partly by pratfall but mostly by a merciless succession of double entendres, which somehow excite the prurient interest of everybody except, perhaps, the audience.

Thin is certainly the word for this latest effort which scrapes the bottom of the barrel for gags.
While sticking to its well tried, profitable formula, latest Carry on suffers somewhat in comparison to some of its predecessors in that it lacks a storyline, however slim.
