In an attempt to flee from the police, Max, a young guy, who has a miserable life, struggles against accepting the job as a leader of scout for a group of kids who go hiking at mountains, struggles against survival, as he faces many challenges.
One can only hope that Daniel Stern got paid per humiliaiton.

The script jerks from scene to scene like a string of sketches, and if there's any debate about whether or not to see it, your degree of tolerance for Stern's sad-sack mugging should be the deciding factor.
Riddled with noble sentiments and good intentions, this great-outdoors hijinx is hiking familiar trails with a combination of bathroom humor, cute kids and a fuzzy, happy ending.
