This dramatic film tells of a police detective's mission, where the man tries to capture a professional killer but finds no way to get there. Shortly thereafter, the police investigator decided to consult with the imprisoned madman Ted Bundy to help him capture the 'Green River Killer'. There seems to be no solution except for Bundy, who seems to be the only one who can do that serious task.
