In this film, the body of Brandy Henderson was found strangled in her home during 1994. Police are searching for the killer but are facing more concern, especially as this is the second case of strangulation in 3 weeks. As the days go by, the killings continue and the police find themselves on the path of a serial killer that can not be reached.
