McDonald has been placed in the mental health department of the prison following the process of stealing a large bank. After seven years in prison, a prisoner and a doctor force him out of prison and inject him with a vaccine that forces him to recover the life he has forgotten after suffering a serious brain injury. After the injection, McDonald enters a new assignment, and must evade a local investigator and another man working for the FBI.
