Often, a follow-up movie suffers from a lack of surprise as the direction it is headed is already signposted in the earlier installment. Impressively, Titan's Part 2 still has some intriguing cards up its sleeve.
When the action finally does resume, the climactic battle resembles [a not-too-expensive] episode of Ultraman, as men in rubber suits duke it out against miniature sets and green-screen FX.
