Things seem to be really terrifying when a person turns into cannibals because of the virus. A young pregnant girl named Alice, along with two other men, is experiencing a harsh experience to escape as she tries to move to an island. In those moments, the group determines that the real threat is not the bloodthirsty zombies, a mysterious girl who follows everything that happens.
