The film deals with the story of the Police Commissioner who is experiencing a new experience in his life when he received a phone call that reflects the path of the matter completely. During this period, it appears that this call was issued by a perpetrator in an emergency truck who kidnapped Lau 's wife. Lau tries to ask the help of his former rival and retired DCP, Wise Lee, to return to his job to help restore his wife and child.
