Rico works down at the beach in the surf shack his father owns (which is called Rico's). He is Jackson's boss and enjoys doing things to drive Jackson crazy. He is very intelligent, skipping a few grades in school. Rico is also very tiny for his age. He is known for his evil schemes and his evil laugh. Mua -ha -ha-ha-haaaaaa!!!!!!
