Frank Gordon works for ITC. He has traveled back to Castleguard a couple of times. Doniger asks him to go back with Chris, Kate, Merek and Francois so that he can take care of Detker. Frank Gordon and Chris do not get along very well, it seems as though Chris does not fully trust him.
