Oshu is the First Prime of the Goa'uld Yu (The Jade Emperor). While he's neither tall nor physically intimidating as other First Primes we've encountered before, he seems to have earned the respect of his fellow jaffa by other means, such as wisdom, diplomacy, and natural leadership skills. Also, Oshu is generally pragmatic, and doesn't seem to have the flair for the dramatic, which is so common among the typical jaffa leaders.
