Habib Marwan is a ruthless Turkish terrorist whose origins are largely unknown. His goal is to create chaos any way he can and, more specifically, by creating havoc with various nuclear power plants. His eventual ambition, like most terrorists threatening the United States, is to kill Jack Bauer.
