Malory Archer (Jessica Walter)Malory Archer is the founder and head of the International Secret Intelligence Service (ISIS).She is the mother of top ISIS spy Sterling Archer. Because of her obsession with her Afghan hound Duchess, she chose that as her son's code name.She is a self-absorbed alcoholic who has no business running a spy agency since she possesses none of the skills to do so as she concocts terrible plans that often go awry and is mainly interested in using ISIS to fulfill her own greedy, selfish desires. She was a worse parent who raised Sterling to be much like herself, self-centered and egotistical. Most of the parenting appears to have been done by Sterling Archer's valet Woodhouse. The pair have a deeply dysfunctional relationship.She runs ISIS but seems unconcerned for the welfare of her employees, often including her son.Malory favors a .44 Magnum revolver, outfitted with a laser sight and scope.
