Jason Bly is a government agent sent to shake up Michael Weston's life when it is found out that he is attempting to discover who burned him. Arrogant, cocky and extremely annoying, Bly is the proverbial fly in the Chardonnay who just won't go away! Originally Bly is unknown to Michael, when he refuses to give his name. Michael's covert spy skills, however, outwit him and his identity is revealed. Even with his identity compromised, Bly continues to be a massive annoyance to Michael, pestering him constantly and belittling him with an almost boyish glee!Michael manages to briefly remove Bly from his life with help from Barry and an Indian shop owner, only to have him return once more, albeit rather angry!! However, in a wonderful twist of fate, the two are forced to forget their differences and work together when a bad situation becomes a worse one!
