Thompson works for the Company with Candice Wilmer. He knows about and has probably orchestrated many of the Company's dastardly deeds. Thompson is Noah Bennet's superior and has known him for over fifteen years. Their relationship becomes tense as many of the characters interact and struggle to save the world from a nuclear explosion.
