Kate Tunney is dating the second oldest son of Ipswitch, Pogue Parry. she flirts with Chase throughout the entire movie which is the cause of much conflict between her and Pogue. Chase ends up targeting her, in order to get to Pogue, in order to get to Caleb. she becomes friends with the new girl who happens to be her roomate, Sarah.
