Burly is one of Andy's best friends and a co-founder and guitarist of Mouse Rat. Burly is a shy type and bankrolls much of the Mouse Rat experience, including letting Andy stay in his before without paying rent before Burly finally packs up and leaves, taking everything including the dishes and furniture.
