Sam Wexler(Josh Radnor),the lead character of the story is a struggling writer living in the greatest city of the world, New York and loves to be here.As the story goes on we see that Sam meets this kid,Rasheen(Michael Algieri) in the streets of New York,a foster care child who is abandoned on the subway.Sam can't help but taking Rasheen with him as he feels the kid needs help.In the mean time there comes this girl Mississippi(Kate Mara),a singer and bar tender whom Sam kinda starts to like.Sam Wexler is a soft-hearted,honest and caring character,tensed about his best friend Annie(Malin akerman) who has Alopecia(kind of a Cancer) and Sam grows up a bond of friendship with Rasheen,the foster kid.Josh Radnor,who is infact also the director of the film, has done justice portraying the character.Although the story reminds you about the 1993 classic Michael J. Fox movie Life with Mikey, Happythankyoumoreplease has an appeal of it's own.Sam Wexler is definitely one of the enthusiastic characters in this movie. Show less «
