Dr. Peter Hess is a robotics engineer. He was first contacted by the government (the board) on behalf of the President to create an android soldier to reduce the loss of troops in future wars.Hess is commissioned and creates Genesis, an android soldier, who is programmed in warfare. Genesis becomes sentient when the board decides to cut funding and deactivate him. Genesis then goes on a killing spree that includes Hess' wife Lia.Years later, Hess is again approached by the government to create androids for warfare. Hess accepts, but this time creates the android in the image of his deceased wife and calls her LIA. Show less «
