Janine Davis is the Human Resources Administrator at the California Institute of Technology who investigates a sexual harassment complaint made against Sheldon Cooper by his assistant, Alex Jensen. In trying to defend himself against charges he doesn't understand, Sheldon ends up tattling on all of his friends.
