Her motto is, I never saw a person whose life I shouldn't interfere in. She was engaged to Warren Saget, while unbeknownst to her he was still married. She finally realizes what a creep he is and leaves him. She then starts a romantic relationship with Seth, whom she already knows, and who has romantic feelings for her. Her busy body ways lead her to start nosing around in Luke's business which eventually leads to romance when Seth sails off on a fishing boat that takes him away from Cedar Cove.
