Irina Vlaslov is the leader of a Russian Mafia she is the one who takes control of the corrupt cops and tells them what is going on with the detectives who are trying to take her and her team down. However Irina is a very smart woman she always finds a way to avoid the cops. She is also the one planning the whole operation of they are trying to commit the biggest crime of all, killing a cop to pull the biggest heist the town has ever seen.
