Larry Moss is the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office during yet another national security crisis. Colleagues with Janis Gold, Sean Hillinger and Renee Walker, he is initially reluctant to work with a supposed wild card like CTU agent Jack Bauer.
