Rusty James is the Motorcycle Boy's kid brother. Rusty James wants to be just like him. However, the problem is that Rusty James is nothing like him. The Motorcycle Boy is deep, smart, mysterious and always calm. Rusty James is none of these. Most people tell him that this is a good thing, but he is not wise enough to beleive them.
