Danny calls Sydney's father for permission to marry is daughter and is met with a steely response. He proposes to Sydney in the quad of the university she attends and she accepts. A conflicted Sydney decides to break security protocol and tells him her true occupation as a spy. He calls and leaves a message for her that is picked up by the agency she works for, SD6. Danny is seen as a security threat and murdered for his knowledge of Sydney's true occupation.
