A eccentric vintage arms collector in the sleepy border town of Sommerton Junction. Friends of local deputies, he entertains himself by shooting high powered guns at meat. Technically, he runs a historic museum that is open once a month for 3 hours. But most days he hangs out doing semi illegal activities in his pajamas.
