Miles Papazian is a relied-upon and close colleague of Karen Hayes, Head of the Department of Homeland Security's West Coast operations based out of Los Angeles. He has a long history in the counter-terrorism field, having also worked for CTU. He has an uncomfortable work history with CTU analyst Shari Rothenberg.
