Brad Alcerro is Harvey Kinkle's best friend who moves to Westbridge from Texas. He takes an instant dislike to Sabrina, which is later explained by the fact he has a rare witch-hunting gene that causes him to want to sniff out witches -- although he does not know this. There are repercussions for any witch who reveals his or her powers to him.
