Kelly Phillips is a minor antagonist throughout the series who replaces Jessica as Alex's mean girl at school. Kelly knows nothing about Alex or her powers, but dislikes Alex because Alex is into Scott, a boy who is Kelly's crush. Kelly can, upon occasion, be a nice person, but it rarely happens.
