Emile Leopold Locque is an escaped murderous convict who appears in the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only. He is a European hired gun who currently is on the run after escaping prison by disguising himself as one of the prison medical staff he killed. At the moment he is aiding Aristotle Kristatos in locating the missing ATAC by assassinating James Bond. While trying to run down Bond, he is shot in the shoulder, causing Emile to crash into a wall, leaving his car teetering precariously over a cliff drop before Bond kicks Emile's car sending it crashing to the ground ending his life. Emile Leopold Locque does not appear in any other films in the series.
