Chrissie worked in Holby General from 2001 until 2013. She has had many roles in the series, all including: ward sister (2001-2005, 2007-2013), clinical matron (2005-2006), nurse practitioner (2010-2011) and nurse consultant (2011-2013). Serena Campbell also considered her for a director of nursing job but Chrissie instead, resigned.
