Kayla Hassan is the daughter of Omar Hassan, president of the Islamic Republic of Kamistan, and Dalia Hassan, first lady of the nation. When her family unit is threatened -- both externally and internally -- Kayla is put in the awkward and unenviable position of trying to play peacemaker and familial politician.
