Jenny is the sister of the first witness, Officer Abbie Mills. She comes into the series as a wild card character, and could have been a help or a hindrance. She was a help though, despite having connections to the underworld. She ended up being a valuable asset in the fight against evil along side of her sister Abby and Ichabod Crane.
