Kelly Kapowski was the head cheerleader at Bayside High. She and Zach Morris were an item off and on throughout high school, and were always made for each other. Kelly, Zach, Screech, and Slater all went to college together, where she and Zach pursued an adult relationship, and married after their freshman year in college.
