He attended the Wolfram & Hart Halloween party, where he earned his name by sniffing Gunn's urine and saying pee pee. He was murdered by Angel as part of a plan to assassinate Sebassis; Angel poisoned Pee Pee Demon and subsequently Sebassis through his blood.
