Claire is one of Donna's closest friends who seems to be going through boyfriend trouble. She is also one of the first people to get killed off. She has cramps during the prom which is the reason that she went back to the suite. Once at the suite her and Donna talk about her problems with her boyfriend Michael. Donna convinces Claire to come back down to the party once she has fixed her makeup. Once Donna leaves her the killer approaches Claire and whips out his knife. He puts his hand around her neck, choking her then he repeatedly stabs her in the stomach, killing her. Later we see Donna hiding under a bed hiding from the killer and we see Claire's dead body stuffed under there with her
