AUSA (Assistant US Attorney) Gail Ingram is a federal prosecutor that works for the US Attorney's office for the District of Maryland. She is well known for going after the Baltimore City Police Departments arsen squad which included Det. Mike Kellerman. Despite Det. Kellerman not taking any money, many of the other members did.
