Pretty much all we can tell from Will Tutt is that he is a good kid that has just moved to The O.C. He was only in three episodes near the end of the series, but he will remain a memorable character. Will is referred to as a nerd by a few people in the series. However he doesn't quite come off as one. He is a real good student, a good public speaker, and plays in the school band. Will is introduced when he is giving a speech in the public speaking class st the school which he shares with Kaitlin Cooper.
