Young town cop with attitude. He is out to get Sully, who has a glove box stuffed with ignored tickets of various kinds which we assume were issued by Raymer. A showdown is inevitable. A truck on the sidewalk, a warning shot aimed at the truck, and a couple of punches lead to bruises and a chewing out by the court and by the police chief.
