Bart mirrors Dirk and like him, believes in the interconnectedness of things and the universe will lead her to her victims, including Dirk, whom she feels is the main subject she must kill.Not able to be harmed or hurt in any way, Bart is ruthless and maniacal, claiming to have killed a lot of people, but is very innocent and naive to the way things operate in society. She kidnaps an electrician named Ken, who after spending time hunting Dirk, helps her understand the ways of the world.
