Born in Upper Darby, Dave was always a little odd. Early on he would act out movie scenes with his toys and wrote his first script at age 8. His teen years were spent in West Chester where he discovered his love for film and began writing. Dave first attended college at The University of the Arts for screenwriting. But after 2 years there he transferred to Hofstra University in Long Island. After 1 year there he returned to Philadelphia and completed his college education at Temple University.Dave has been very active in the film community both in and out of school, acting as set photographer on several Temple productions.
