As an Assistant Director, Alexa has worked on myriad projects from low- budget horror to big-budget blockbusters and prime time television. Moving to Los Angeles to pursue the acting bug, she found another love being behind the camera. She has filmed in Grand Turk (BWI), The Bahamas, New Orleans, Miami, Vermont, Orlando, Dallas, Aspen, and all over California and is a 2011 DGA Award nominee for Fear Factor 2.0 in support of the Best Director nominee and as a member of the Directors Guild of America. She also enjoys snowboarding,surfing, fishing, painting, gallivanting, and working hard. She grew up in Washington DC, went to college in Florida, and moved out to LA in 1997, and has never looked back. Always up for the next challenge, she continues to claw her way up the ladder.
