Kioni 'Kentucky' Russell Gallahue

In 2012, Kentucky Gallahue adopted Derby from a loving family in Tennessee. The family had two kids and another on the way and decided that Derby (the kids called him Midas) needed a home with someone who could spend more time with him. So when Derby was one-year-old, Kentucky adopted him and their lives have been an adventure ever since. Kentucky and Derby moved across the country from Atlanta, GA to San Diego, CA in 2016, where the pair picked up surfing together. Neither had surfed before and Derby picked it up faster than Kentucky. Kentucky Gallahue is from Frankfort, KY and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. Show less «
