Evan Sheedy

After extensive training as a writer, the completion of 2 TV Pilots, and 1 feature length film, Evan began his producing career in the summer of 2006 when he received the business plan for the highly anticipated film "Hounddog" (starring Dakota Fanning and Robin Wright Penn) and was asked to help raise funds for the project. Although unsuccessful the first time around, he kept his eyes and ears open, learning a lot from the experience, and since then has been called upon many times by various producers to raise funds for similar projects. In 2009, he began writing again, partnering with Savannah Bloch, a film student that had recently graduated from USC. Evan and Savannah proved to be a solid writing team based on the initial reaction to their feature length script that they describe as a mixture of the 1980's drama "Ordinary People" and the new age psycho-drama "Vanilla Sky." Evan's experience in producing combined with what they believe to be a solid, original, yet classic script, should make for a bright future ahead. On top of the collaborative script with Savannah, Evan has future plans for a crime-based high school television show ("Alpha Dog" meets "The OC") along with a comedy about a best friend duo that think they're on top of the world one minute, in love with two girls that are perfect for them, only to have their dreams crushed when the girls leave them for a pair of Wisconsin cheese millionaires.
