Johan Cronje

Johan Cronje is a South African writer, director and editor based in Cape Town.In 2017 he won a South African Film and Television Award (SAFTA) Golden Horn award for Best Editing on a drama series, Bloedbroers, as well as Best Script at the 2017 Silwerskerm Film Festival for his debut feature film 'Wonderlus' - which he also directed and edited and received nominations for in both categories.Wonderlus garnered much critical acclaim from South Africa's biggest print and online publications, receiving numerous 4 and 5 star reviews. It won Best Actress and Best Supporting Actor at the Silwerskerm Festival, and has been selected to screen at 4 international film festivals thus far, in both the US and the UK. Show less «
