Richard King

Richard King was born in Tampa, Florida and attended the University of South Florida graduating with a BFA in painting and film.Since 1985 he has worked in film sound design. Richard has been fortunate to work with such directors as Nicolas Roeg, M. Night Shyamalan, Robert Altman, Paul Thomas Anderson, William Friedkin, Peter Weir, Steven Spielberg, and Christopher Nolan. He is the recipient of three Academy Awards, two Baftas, and four MPSE awards for Best Sound Editing.Richard lives in Los Angeles with his wife and son. Show less «
