Born and raised in North Wales, in 1981, Russell moved to London and began a career in film and television after completing a degree in illustration. After initially working as an assistant to a producer, he moved on to art department work, soon getting hired as art director for numerous low budget films, music videos and television shows before concentrating on storyboard art, working on many notable, award winning projects. A keen writer, Russell recently made the transition from storyboard artist to writer/director with 35mm short 'Anglesey Road'. He has also written several feature scripts and continues to produce and develop various projects for film and television. He now lives in London and co-owns two production companies. Show less «
